Employees who work the hotlines at the National Center for Victims of Crime in Arlington, Virginia are learning to deal with a new type of crime. Center workers, who have fielded phone calls about everything from petty theft to murder since the center's inception in 1985, are reporting a rather disturbing trend -- a large increase in the incidence of cyberstalking.
