Next-gen all-in-one system is here.

It's time to bust out those drool buckets again. Yoshi's latest project, the Y-Boxx, is here. If you thought the original Yoshi's Boxx was awesome, you'll simply fall in love with the Y-Boxx.

On Thursday, we gave you a sneak peek of the Y-Boxx. As Yoshi explained on the show, the Y-Boxx experience has been a harrowing one. At one point during the construction, Yoshi decided to give up and start all over. It's a good lesson on the importance of taking accurate measurements.

On Friday, Yoshi will reveal the Y-Boxx. And things will never be the same again.

Umm, what's a "Y-Boxx?"

Finally decided to get out from under that rock where you've been living, huh? Well, dedicated "Screen Savers" viewers were around for Yoshi's Boxx, a unit that housed five different gaming consoles and a fully functional PC.

It was marvelous. It was a dream come true. Geeks everywhere believed that nirvana had been reached. And Yoshi was happy.

Until now.

Now it's time for a new Boxx. One that's even more glorious than the original. Take a look at this partial parts list.

Umm, I didn't see it

Whaddya mean you missed the Y-Boxx preview? Had homework to do? Dinner with the in-laws? Dog chewed up your cable connection?

Fortunately, whatever your excuse, you're in luck. See that box in the upper left labeled, "Video Highlight"? See the "Y-Boxx Preview" link? That's the video of the segment from the show. If you click on it, guess what happens? You guessed right!

And if you click on it and nothing happens, make sure you have Windows Media Player installed on your PC. If you have a Mac, go find someone with a PC.

But I wanna see the Boxx!

Yeah, well, so do we. You see, except for his appearance on the show Thursday, Yoshi has been hidden away in a secret location, working diligently on his precious Boxx. It's literally an up-to-the-last-minute project. In fact, he may be soldering up until 3:59 p.m. (that's Pacific Daylight Time).

So, we here at the show had to wait until the show to see the Y-Boxx. And we weren't disappointed. Remember that "Video Highlight" box I talked about earlier? Go to that box, click on the "Y-Boxx unveiled" link, and see the Y-Boxx in all its glory.
